Thank you for shopping at Kapilveda. We take great pride in the quality, authenticity, and formulation of our premium Ayurvedic products.

Since our products (including the Horse Force Tablets) are health supplements, we maintain strict safety and hygiene standards. Please read our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched from our facility, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please email us immediately at [support@kapilveda.com] or call us at [Your Phone Number].

  • After Shipment: Once the order is dispatched and a tracking link is generated, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Replacements Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our wellness products and strict health and safety guidelines, we do not accept returns on opened, unsealed, or used products.

However, we will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund if you receive a package that falls under any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Broken: The product bottle/box is broken or leaking upon delivery.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered.

  • Missing Items: Your package was delivered with missing bottles or components.

  • Expired Product: The product received has crossed its expiry date.

3. How to Claim a Replacement or Refund

If you have received a damaged, wrong, or incomplete order, please follow these simple steps within 48 hours of receiving the delivery:

  1. Take Proof: Shoot a clear video of unboxing the package or take high-quality photos showing the damage or the incorrect label clearly.

  2. Contact Us: Send an email to [support@kapilveda.com] with your Order ID and attach the images/video as proof.

  3. Verification: Our quality control team will review your claim within 24-48 hours. Once verified, we will initiate a fresh replacement package or a refund process instantly.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your refund claim is approved by our team, it will be processed using your original payment method:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to your original bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, our team will contact you to securely request your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred via IMPS/NEFT/UPI within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your account details.
