Dispatch Time: Once verified, orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment facility within 1 to 2 business days.

Holidays: Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays and National Holidays.
2. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

4. Tracking Your Order
Transparent delivery is our priority. As soon as your Kapilveda package is handed over to our courier partner, we will automatically send you a Tracking Link and Shipment ID via:

5. Incorrect Shipping Information & Non-Delivery

Address Correction: Please double-check your shipping address and active phone number at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us at [support@kapilveda.com] within 2 hours of placing the order so we can correct it before dispatch.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times and call you on your provided phone number. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect number, closed premises, or continuous refusal, it will be returned to our facility. Re-shipping such orders may incur extra delivery charges.
6. Damaged Transits
If your product container or outer box arrives visibly damaged or tampered with by the delivery agent, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy to claim a free instant replacement or a full refund.
